At the annual congress of the Czech Anatomical Society (Morphology 2025 – 56th International Congress of the Czech Anatomical Society and 31st Lojda Symposium of the Czech Histo- and Cytochemical Society) held in Olomouc from 7 to 9 September 2025, our student, then still in his second year, Adam Sedlák, received the Award for the Best Lecture by Young Authors under 35 years.
His lecture focused on the topic of the superficial veins of the lower leg (Intersaphenous Veins in the Leg: Anatomical Considerations). Adam succeeded in competition with mainly postgraduate students and young researchers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland.
