To solve the potential technical issues, we conducted the following solution:
- We will add 3 seconds to the length of each question designated to allow you to make a quick screenshot photo documenting the problematic question.
- Run the test only on a computer, use neither tablet nor smartphone.
- Start the test sharply at 9.30 a.m./as scheduled (5 minutes are the maximal allowed unintentional delay) . Later starts will not be allowed.
- Any encountered technicalities are to be sent via email (@email) immediately. Send a short simple description with the photos attached. Any late report will not be considered.
- Any reported technical issue will be evaluated carefully. Only valid requests will receive a score normalization.
- Any claimed to be technical issue after realizing the test results are not going to be acknowledged.
