Doctoral research positions in Neurosciences

The Department of Anatomy offers doctoral research positions in Biomedicine to medical doctors as well as science graduates.

The following topics are open for the academic year 2020/2021:

Neurosciences - led by prof. Rastislava Drugy

Calretinin immunoreactivity in the prefrontal cortical region of the rat brain

Distribution of calretinin-positive interneurons in the dorsal and ventral striatum of rats

Changes in structure and in inhibitory system of hippocampus and parahippocampal areas in young animals experienced status epile

A suitable candidate is a future (or recent) graduate of a medical faculty or a natural science faculty who would like to pursue anatomy, histology, physiology, neurology, psychiatry or neurosurgery and is interested in doctoral studies in the field Neurosciences. As part of the study, he / she could participate in undergraduate teaching of anatomy or histology.
